Infinite Drunk Ron Swanson

Infinite Drunk Ron Swanson.

If you watch TV‘s Parks and Recreation, you probably know that Ron Swanson is one of the greatest characters ever to appear on television. Here he is drunk, infinitely so. On my screen, he’s currently been drunk and dancing for 842 seconds. (It has a timer).

OCD project on VH1

This should be interesting…I think it’s gonna be like a rehab show for OCD’ers…I’m pretty sure I have a bit of OCD bu damn, these people got it bad. Real bad. This one chick has to keep getting out of her car to check and see if anything happened because she’s constantly thinking she ran over someone.

Anyway, I think this is a weekly show. Should be interesting, all these OCD people living in the same house with only one bathroom.

Art Race

This show on HALO or Halogen network, whatever it’s called., seems like a good show with a good idea. Unfortunately I think I started watching on the final episode.

The premise is something like two dudes have to travel across country. By bartering with art and also trying to collect art to sell at a gallery show at the end of the race, or something like that. Or maybe it’s whoever has the most art of their own left over at the end wins. Whatever. I like road trip shows. I like documentaries. I like art. I like television.

BONER IS MISSING!

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/actor_missing

VANCOUVER, British Columbia – Police are asking for the public’s help in locating actor Andrew Koenig, who had a recurring role on the 1980s sitcom “Growing Pains.”

Vancouver police say Koenig was visiting friends in West Vancouver when he went missing. He was last seen on Feb. 14.

A statement released by the police department says Koenig “has recently been despondent and his family and friends are concerned for his well-being.”

Koenig, 41, lives in Venice, Calif., but at one time lived in Vancouver. He is the son of Walter Koenig, who played Chekov on the “Star Trek” television series and movies.

On “Growing Pains” Koenig played Boner, a pal of star Kirk Cameron’s character Mike.

Rosie O’Donnell: Still A Hideous Pig and Her Ratings Sucked

I can’t stand Rosie O’Donnell, I had forgot all about her having a variety show on NBC called Rosie Live! this week on Wednesday night, until I saw the headling on TVGuide.com about her saying there would be no more variety shows from her, indicating that the ratings sucked and the show had horrible reviews.

I am very thankful that she will have no more variety shows. It would be nice to never see her dumbass on TV again. I think even Donald Trump once said “She has failed at everything she has done.”

Here is the article text from TVGuide:

Christmas has come early. Just days after her Rosie Live! turned up DOA in the Nielsens (as well as in countless critics and viewers’ notebooks), Rosie O’Donnell has written off her NBC variety show as a one-trick pony.

Ro wrote in her blog, “there will b no more,” responding to one fan’s inquiry as to the possibility of follow-up variety shows in 2009. Alluding to “no ratings” and “bad reviews” as factors in her decision, O’Donnell maintains that the experiment was “still a thrill 4 me.”

Elsewhere in her reader forum, O’Donnell acknowledged that “a live show has risks” and said, “i am happy 2 have had the opportunity.”

Rosie Live! mustered a mere five million viewers in its Thanksgiving Eve broadcast — falling shy of even Knight Rider’s worst performance to date in the time slot.

HBO’s “True Blood” Season Finale

I can’t believe I got addicted to watching a show about vampires, but I did. HBO often puts out some great original programming, and True Blood is a good show. Vampires, shapeshifters, demons, all in a rural Louisiana setting! Awesome. Sure, it’s probably not beneficial for the world as a whole, it’s a rather immoral show and will undoubtedly contribute to the desensitizing of viewers. I heard HBO signed on for 2 more seasons.

Anyway, as I wrote in a previous post, Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) is sexy, even if she is a vampire lover. Last night was the season finale, and I find out I have to wait until friggin’ next summer for season two. Damn.

WARNING: Spoilers ahead! Don’t read if you haven’t kept up with the show! Continue reading

What Will I Watch On TV Tonight.

I purposely didn’t put a “?” question mark on the title. I don’t know why.

There’s several good shows coming on TV tonight. I won’t be home until near 10pm, so I will have to record a few to watch later.

The season finale of America’s Got Talent comes on at 9pm…I haven’t really been watching this show very much, but will probably tune in to see who wins anyway. The Tapout show comes on at 9 & 10pm, and as a fan of mixed martial arts, I usually watch it.

However, it appears there is a 2-hour block of ALF coming on WGN, starting at 8pm Eastern Time. I might have to record these, Alf always was awesome.

The Discovery Channel has some show called The Ten Commandments Of The Mafia. I will see that.

I’ll watch Ghost Hunters, because my TV guide says they will be in Florida. I’ll probably end up watching Destination Truth again as well, but maybe not.

I just looked at MTV’s schedule for 10pm, they have some show called Man and Wife. The description says “members of the hip-hop community discuss marriage.” ROFL. I love how MTV always goes to members of the “hip-hop community” for advice and discussion. America’s kids are getting great advice.
